Refunds and Cancellations

  • Where you are entitled to a refund it will be made to the credit or debit card used to pay for the order within 30 days of the date the refund was requested.

  • If for any reason the Lady Pamper is unable to supply the Goods you have ordered any charges incurred will be refunded.

  • If the Goods are not what you originally ordered or are damaged or defective, Lady Pamper will either (at your request) refund you the amount you paid for the products (including any postage and packing charges), or replace the products you received with products which conform to those ordered. You will need to return the original item before a refund can be issued or a replacement sent. We will also refund the cost of return postage provided you supply a receipt.

  • You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and ensure that they are returned in the same condition as when they were received by you. 

Order and acceptance

  1. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to Lady Pamper’s acceptance and may be refused at Lady Pamper’s discretion, for example in cases where:

  • Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provide

  • There is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop

  • The products that you have ordered are no longer available through the web shop. 

  1. After Lady Pamper receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Lady Pamper before you try to place another order for the same product..

  2. You will receive an email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.

  3. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Lady Pamper’s order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact Lady Pamper.

Product availability 

  1. Lady Pamper will have the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on the web shops, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and Lady Pamper may do so without first giving you notice of the changes.
  2. Lady Pamper will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.

Customer initiated order cancellations and changes

  1. You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Lady Pamper.
  2. If your order has already been dispatched, (i) for the pre-order products you will be able to request a refund of the product as separately informed by Lady Pamper and (ii) for other products you will only be able to request a refund of the product: please see Return Policy.

Delivery 

1. Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped.

2. Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible.

3. Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Lady Pamper has received full payment for the product. As soon as Lady Pamper has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.

Prices and payment

The product price is always the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order. The price includes VAT.

Validity

 By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

 Promotion Code Terms & Conditions

Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Lady Pamper. Details of any minimum or percentage discount, including VAT and saving entitlement can be found in your voucher email.

Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.

  1. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Lady Pamper Online Shop.

  2. Lady Pamper Online Shop reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed.

  3. Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotion code.

  4. Only one promotion code can be used per order.

  5. Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sal items or other discounted items.

  6. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order.

  7. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any shipping costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return - you should place a new order using the original promotional code.

  8. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, Lady Pamper Online Shop reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund.

  9. Where a 3-for-2 or 4-for-3 offer is advertised the cheapest item is free.

  10. Lady Pamper Online Shop reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time

  11. Lady Pamper Online Shop reserves the right to terminate the validity of any promotional code at any time.
